Downtown Counseling Center charges standard hourly fees for services. The fee for a session of psychotherapy is payable at the time of service unless your insurance company has a contract with Downtown Counseling Center. Most health insurance plans cover all or part of the cost of psychotherapy provided by licensed clinicians.
Our fees can be adjusted based on the income of the family. Please talk to your therapist about whether you qualify for reduced fees.
Cancellation Policy: The time scheduled for your appointment is valuable for you and your therapist to work on the goals of treatment. If you are unable to be seen please give at least 24 hours notice. There is a charge for cancellations that occur less than 24 hours in advance and for missed appointments.
